Register for the ISPO 17th World Congress by Monday, 5 August to take advantage of the Early Bird registration rates and save up to JPY 20,000 (around 160 euros).

Registration fees

To make participation affordable for individuals from all regions worldwide, registration fees are based on the income groups assigned to the world’s economies by the World Bank. The fees are determined by the country in which you are employed.

Full congress registration for the members of ISPO, JSPO, JAPO and JOPA is available at the following Early Bird rates until 5 August:

  • High Income Country: JPY 77,500
  • Upper Middle Income Country JPY 55,500
  • Lower Middle and Low Income Country: JPY 30,500

Student and non-member fees as well as one day congress, accompanying person and exhibition only registration options are available as well.

A very dedicated Scientific Committee has been busy preparing the high-calibre scientific programme with more than 100 Symposia, Instructional Courses and Free Paper Sessions.

Social programme

Held in the exhibition halls on Saturday, 5 October, the Welcome Reception offers an opportunity to re-connect with old friends and make new contacts while visiting the exhibitors. Participation is included in Congress registration fees. Exhibition day pass holders are not admitted.

One of the highlights of each World Congress, the Congress Party, held on Sunday, 6 October, celebrates our achievements with great food, drinks and entertainment. All registered participants are welcome. Tickets can be purchased during online registration.
