This interactive session will feature a conversation on how clinical based research priorities can transform P&O care. Through facilitated discussion, attendees will identify key challenges in orthotic clinical practice, including areas of uncertainty, gaps in care, and opportunities for innovation. Participants will reflect real-world clinical barriers, emerging evidence, and promising initiatives to help shape actionable priorities for improving patient outcomes. We will outline a roadmap for advancing this work, including engagement of interdisciplinary stakeholders across the orthotic care pathway, to establish Canada specific orthotic research priorities. Attendee input will directly inform next steps, including future consensus activities, expert panel formation, and strategies to broaden collaboration within the field. It is designed for anyone with an interest in strengthening evidence-informed, patient-centered orthotic practice.
